ASPHALT SEALCOATING
Sealcoating creates a protective barrier against UV rays, water, oil, and oxidation and is an easy, inexpensive way to maintain your asphalt. For larger projects such as parking lots, we spray apply the sealcoat. This sealcoating will greatly improve the appearance of your asphalt, reduce surface wear and can add years of service life when applied at proper intervals.
CRACK FILLING
Crackfilling is a preventive solution that stops water from penetrating and weakening the base by sealing cracks before they spread. We use both Overband and Rout & Seal crackfilling and the method used is determined by the size and current state of the asphalt. This affordable solution extends pavement life and helps avoid costly reconstruction.
